The HPE Aruba JL702C CX 8360-16Y2C v2 Switch is a high-performance Layer 3 switch. It is designed for enterprise and data center networks.
The switch provides 16 × 1/10/25G SFP28 ports. These ports deliver flexible high-speed fiber connectivity. It also includes 2 × 40/100G QSFP28 uplink ports for fast aggregation and backbone connectivity.
This model is built for core and aggregation layers. It also supports spine-leaf architectures in modern data centers.
The JL702C runs on the Aruba AOS-CX operating system. It supports key Layer 2 and Layer 3 features such as VLAN, QoS, IPv4/IPv6 routing, BGP, OSPF, VRF, VXLAN, and EVPN.
The switch delivers high switching capacity and low latency. This ensures fast and reliable data transfer for critical applications.
It also includes the Aruba Network Analytics Engine (NAE). This feature provides real-time monitoring and automation.
From a hardware perspective, the switch uses a 1U rack-mounted design. It includes dual power supplies and multiple fan modules for high availability. It supports front-to-back airflow, making it suitable for data center environments.
