The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 (SKU: R650003) is a 2U rack server designed for enterprise and data center workloads. It belongs to the SR600 series and targets virtualization, analytics, and cloud infrastructure.

This platform supports up to 2× Intel Xeon Scalable processors. As a result, it delivers strong compute performance for demanding applications. In addition, it scales memory up to 7.5TB across 24 DIMM slots using TruDDR4 and Intel Optane persistent memory. This enables efficient handling of memory-intensive workloads.

The system provides flexible storage architecture. It supports up to 24× 2.5″ drives or up to 14× 3.5″ drives. Moreover, it supports NVMe SSDs and AnyBay technology, which allows mixing SAS, SATA, and NVMe within the same bays. This improves both performance and deployment flexibility.
