The Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Machine Special Edition (UDM-SE) is an all-in-one enterprise network gateway designed for advanced SMB, enterprise edge, and high-performance UniFi network deployments. It combines routing, switching, security gateway, and network video recording capabilities into a single integrated platform.
The UDM-SE features dual WAN connectivity with both 10G SFP+ and 2.5GbE RJ45 options for flexible high-speed internet uplinks. It includes an integrated 8-port Gigabit switch with PoE+ support to power UniFi access points, cameras, and other network devices.
Designed for centralized network management, it runs UniFi OS and integrates applications such as UniFi Network and UniFi Protect, enabling unified control of networking and surveillance infrastructure. The built-in storage system supports local NVR functionality for security camera recordings without requiring external hardware.
