The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR658 (SKU: LENOVOSR658001) is a 2U rack server built for enterprise and data center workloads. It belongs to the SR600 series and targets virtualization, cloud platforms, and database environments.

This configuration uses an Intel Xeon Bronze 3204 processor with 32GB TruDDR4 memory. As a result, it delivers reliable entry-level compute performance. In addition, the platform supports up to 2× Intel Xeon Scalable processors and scales memory up to 7.5TB across 24 DIMM slots. This allows smooth expansion as workloads grow.

The system provides flexible storage architecture. It supports up to 8× 3.5″ drive bays in this configuration. Moreover, the SR658 platform supports up to 24× 2.5″ or 14× 3.5″ hot-swap bays, including NVMe and AnyBay configurations. It also supports up to 2× M.2 drives for OS boot.
