The Juniper QFX5200 Series is a family of high-performance, low-latency Ethernet switches designed for data center leaf and spine deployments. Powered by Junos OS, these switches deliver advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 capabilities, EVPN-VXLAN fabric support, and comprehensive automation and telemetry features, enabling scalable and highly resilient network fabrics.
QFX5200 switches support 40 GbE and 100 GbE interfaces, with flexible breakout options (e.g., 4×25 GbE per 100 GbE port) to maximize connectivity options for servers and uplinks. The series provides line-rate forwarding, ultra-low latency, and high switching capacity, making it ideal for cloud data centers, enterprise data centers, and high-performance computing environments.
The QFX5200 series also supports Virtual Chassis Fabric (VCF), allowing multiple switches to operate as a single logical device, simplifying management and increasing scalability. Integration with Juniper Mist AI enables cloud-driven analytics, proactive troubleshooting, and automation for enhanced operational efficiency.
