Description

The Huawei S5735S-L48P4S-A1 is a fixed-configuration Gigabit Ethernet access switch from the Huawei S5735S-L series, designed for enterprise campus access-layer networks requiring high-density PoE+ ports and reliable Gigabit switching with fiber uplinks.

It provides 48 × 10/100/1000BASE-T PoE+ ports and 4 × GE SFP uplink ports, enabling large-scale endpoint connectivity (IP phones, wireless APs, IP cameras) with flexible uplinks to aggregation or core switches.

This model is widely deployed in:

• Enterprise campus access networks
• IP surveillance (CCTV) systems
• Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi AP) deployments
• SMB and branch office environments

It supports standard enterprise Layer 2 and basic Layer 3 capabilities including:

• VLAN segmentation and port isolation
• QoS for traffic prioritization
• IPv4/IPv6 basic switching/routing (software dependent)
• ACL-based security policies
• Stackable architecture for scalability

From a hardware perspective:

• Built-in AC power supply (fixed design)
• PoE+ support (IEEE 802.3af/at) with total PoE budget up to ~380W (model dependent)
• Integrated dual fan cooling system with airflow-based thermal design
• 1U rack-mount chassis for enterprise deployment

Overall, the S5735S-L48P4S-A1 is designed for high-density enterprise access networks where both power and data delivery over Ethernet are required, making it ideal for modern converged campus environments.
