The Huawei CloudEngine CE12808SD-B0 is a carrier-grade, modular data center core switch chassis bundle from the CloudEngine 12800 series, designed for hyperscale cloud and large enterprise backbone networks.
This model is delivered as a pre-configured DC bundle (DC Assembly Chassis) including essential system components such as MPU control modules, SFU switching fabric modules, and high-capacity power distribution units, providing a ready-to-deploy core switching platform for large-scale network architectures.
It supports ultra-high performance switching with a Clos-based distributed architecture, large buffer design, and advanced virtualization capabilities for modern cloud environments.
The platform is built for VXLAN/EVPN data center fabrics, enabling scalable overlay networks, high availability, and seamless multi-tenant segmentation.
It is primarily used in:
