It offers 24×40 Gbps QSFP+ ports with support for breakout to lower speeds (with appropriate optics), delivering ultra‑high bandwidth connectivity and flexible traffic handling. The switch runs Cisco IOS XE with the Network Advantage feature set, enabling advanced routing and segmentation, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VXLAN, and more. It also supports high‑availability features such as StackWise Virtual, NSF/SSO, and redundant power supplies and fans for reliable continuous operation.
