This module supports 10G Ethernet (10GBASE-SR) over multimode fiber (MMF) using duplex LC connectors. It can transmit up to 300 m on OM3 fiber and 400 m on OM4 fiber, making it ideal for switch-to-switch, server-to-switch, and storage network links. The transceiver is hot-swappable, allowing easy installation or replacement without network downtime.
