The HPE Aruba JW751A 7220 Mobility Controller is a high-performance wireless LAN controller. It is part of the Aruba 7200 series and is designed for large enterprise and campus networks.

The controller manages wireless access points, users, and mobility services from a central platform. It improves network performance, security, and scalability.

The JW751A supports up to 2,048 access points and 32,768 clients. It is optimized for high-density environments such as campuses, universities, and large offices.

It delivers up to 40 Gbps firewall throughput with an advanced multi-core CPU. This ensures fast and secure traffic processing.

The controller includes 4 × 10G SFP/SFP+ ports and 2 × combo ports (RJ45/SFP). These interfaces provide flexible high-speed connectivity.

The JW751A supports advanced features such as Policy Enforcement Firewall (PEF), VPN services, authentication, and role-based access control. It also supports IPv4 and IPv6 networking.

It includes AppRF technology for application visibility and traffic prioritization. This helps optimize user experience and network performance.

From a hardware perspective, the device uses a rack-mount form factor. It includes dual hot-swappable power supplies for high availability.
