The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR868 (SKU: LENOVOSR868002) is a 4U enterprise rack server built for demanding data center workloads. It belongs to the SR800 series and targets high-performance computing, virtualization, and enterprise consolidation.
This configuration uses dual Intel Xeon Bronze 5220 processors and 64GB of TruDDR4 memory. As a result, it delivers balanced compute performance for mid-to-large-scale environments. In addition, the platform supports up to 4 processors and scales memory up to 6TB across 48 DIMM slots. This ensures strong future expandability.
The system offers flexible storage options. It supports up to 16× 2.5″ SAS/SATA drives or up to 8× NVMe SSDs. Moreover, it allows optional mirrored M.2 drives for OS boot.
