The SFPP‑10GE‑SR is a high‑performance 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10 GbE) SFP+ optical transceiver designed for short‑reach fiber connections over multimode fiber (MMF). Compliant with the IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE‑SR standard and QSFP+/SFP+ Multi‑Source Agreements (MSA), this module operates at an 850 nm wavelength and supports transmission distances typically up to 300 m on OM3 multimode fiber and up to 400 m on OM4, using a duplex LC connector interface.

Its hot‑pluggable SFP+ form factor enables easy installation and replacement without powering down the host device, making the SFPP‑10GE‑SR ideal for high‑speed uplinks, server farm interconnects, top‑of‑rack (ToR) aggregation, and enterprise backbone links.
