Description
The Huawei S5735-L8P2T4X-A-V2 is a compact CloudEngine S5735-L V2 Series enterprise access switch designed for branch offices, campus edge deployments, and small enterprise networks. It delivers high-performance Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching capabilities combined with Power over Ethernet functionality for connecting network devices such as wireless access points, IP phones, and surveillance cameras.
This switch features 8 × 10/100/1000BASE-T PoE+ ports, 2 × additional 10/100/1000BASE-T ports, and 4 × 10-Gigabit SFP+ uplink ports, providing flexible connectivity and high-speed uplinks for aggregation or core network connections.
The device includes a built-in AC power module capable of delivering up to 125 W PoE power, supporting full PoE power on eight ports under the 802.3af standard or four ports under the higher-power 802.3at standard. This makes it ideal for powering multiple edge devices without requiring separate power sources.
With enterprise networking features such as VLAN segmentation, QoS policies, Layer 3 routing protocols (such as RIP and OSPF), and advanced security mechanisms including ACLs and DHCP snooping, the switch ensures efficient traffic management and secure network access.
The S5735-L8P2T4X-A-V2 also integrates with Huawei’s network management platforms and supports multiple management methods including CLI, SNMP, and centralized management tools, enabling simplified configuration and monitoring for enterprise IT environments.
