Cisco One Supervisor Engine 8L-E-Redundancy-Control Processor-Plug-in Module (C1-X45-SUP8L-E / 2) Cisco Catalyst 4500E Supervisor Engine 8L-E is an enterprise-level campus access and price/performance aggregation management engine. Through the E series chassis, each system provides speeds up to 560 Gbps.
Cisco Catalyst 4500E Supervisor Engine 8L-E provides performance of each slot 48 Gbps and has the best features, such as flexible NetFlow (FNF), integrated Wireshark, TrustSec, and Macsec security, APIC-EM arrangement, Reduces the total cost of ownership (TCO) and industry-leading investment protection. These features, along with four SFP/SFP+ uplinks and up to 240 Gigabit Power over Ethernet (PoE), PoE Plus (PoEP) and Cisco Universal PoE (UPoE) ports, make this supervisor engine the leading Cisco Access Low-scale management engine Cisco Catalyst series engine.
The Supervisor Engine 8L-E is also built together with price performance aggregation, which helps to enable denser Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet fiber deployment using Enterprise-Class aggregation functions. Supervisor Engine 8L-E can provide user experience for key business applications of enterprises, public sector, mid-market and commercial customers. Cisco’s leadership in borderless networks has been extended by the following important features: Cisco TrustSec, Cisco MultiGig, Flexible NetFlow, Cisco EnergyWise, Cisco UPoE, and many other enhancements provided by the Cisco Catalyst 4500E Supervisor Engine 8L-E. Forward and backward compatibility with most existing Cisco Catalyst 4500E line cards and power supplies can ensure deeper customer satisfaction through industry-leading investment protection architecture. The Cisco Catalyst 4500 E-series chassis supports Cisco Catalyst Supervisor Engine 8L-E.
